Please review the following terms and conditions of the Wisereport Global Trading Advisor service. BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE TERM OF YOUR TRIAL OR PAID SUBSCRIPTION.

The WiseReport website is operated by Ivanhoe International Pty Ltd (ABN 69 076 144 557), trading as Options21, from hereon also referred to as “we” or “us”. The following terms and conditions are addressed to all members, and any other party that may have access to/or act upon any of the information provided by this website.

You agree/accept that we may remove, delete or change any information on this site either temporarily or permanently without notice.

Risk.

Options involve risk. The information provided by this website is general securities advice only. While the information published here reflects the opinions of the Options21 and WiseReport staff, the information shall not be considered personalised investment or trading advice to buy, hold or sell securities. The information DOES NOT take into account the specific needs, investment objectives or financial situation of any member or particular user.

The trading of stocks, futures and options is risky and not suitable for all investors. You should be aware of this risk including the potential loss of all your capital in any given investment. Past performance does not imply future success. You assume the entire cost and risk of any investing and/or trading that you choose to undertake.

Accuracy of Information.

You agree/accept that Options21 cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information given in its Wisereport issues, although the greatest care has been taken to ensure the correctness of this information. We encourage you to do your own analysis prior to executing any trade.

Liability & Warranty.

All contents of our WiseReport service are presented for information purposes only. In no event shall we be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any decision made by you or action taking by you in reliance on our services, whether or not caused in whole or in part by our error, omission or negligence. This exclusion of liability extends to any negligent act or omission, or circumstances that are deemed to be beyond the reasonable control of Options21 and the Wisereport service. This exclusion of liability is to the extent permitted by law.

Any and all information provided by our WiseReport service is provided “as is” and Options21 makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that Options21 is not responsible, directly or indirectly, 1) for any loss of investment or decline in market value; 2) for any errors or omissions in information provided through the WiseReport service; 3) for your inability to log on to the service, either because of internet service problems or outages, incorrect typing of login or passwords and any other system incompatibilities. We will make every effort to ensure that our service remains operational and with adequate response and performance. There is always the risk of service outages on the internet. You agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your inability to use or access the service whether or not caused in whole or in part by our negligence.

Your commitment & acceptance.

You agree/accept that you may not register or subscribe to the WiseReport service with the email address of a “free email” account (like hotmail, yahoo, bigfoot, etc.). Once Options21 has issued you with a username and password, you agree/accept that these are for your exclusive use and you will treat them as confidential, i.e. you may not share your password with any other individuals. You agree/accept that if it is found you are sharing your confidential password, Options21 reserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately.

The WiseReport Global Trading Advisor service is the property of Ivanhoe International Pty Ltd, trading as Options21, and may only be displayed, formatted and printed for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any information obtained through the use of our service.

You agree/accept NOT to disrupt, interfere or cause nuisance to any other member of this site.

You agree/accept that it is illegal to cause, permit or authorise the modification, manipulation, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or hacking of the WiseReport or Options21 websites or any of the information/data on these sites, including the WiseReport issues.

You agree/accept that all materials, information and recommendations may only be re-produced for the exclusive use of members/users of the Wisereport service, and for the sole and only purpose of research or study by that member/user.

You agree/accept that the information may not be altered, disseminated, or represented by individuals, groups, or companies without the express and written permission of Options21.

You agree/accept that all materials and information are protected by Australian Copyright Legislation, and by the copyright legislation applying in other countries.

Refund Policy.

We provide a full money back guarantee to any new member for fourteen days (14) from the payment date of yearly subscription. The payment date is defined as the date by which you the member have authorised Options21 to debit your credit card or other payment facility. In terms of direct deposit or cheque, payment date is deemed to be when your payment has been processed and funds cleared, and your membership has been enabled by the Options21 administration team.

At the conclusion of the 14 day period, Options21 will not under any circumstances provide any refund, either in full or as a pro rata payment, against the length of your membership.

AS PART OF REGISTERING ONLINE AT THIS WEB SITE FOR ANY TRIAL OR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, YOU HAVE AGREED UNCONDITIONALLY TO THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
