What is the purpose of this Financial Services Guide?The purpose of this Financial Services Guide (“FSG”) is to ensure that you receive key information about the type of financial service being offered by Ivanhoe International Pty Ltd trading as Options 21 (“Options 21”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The contents of this FSG have been formulated to ensure that you receive the information required to make an informed decision about whether to use the financial service that is offered by Options 21. Who is Options 21?Options 21 began its operations in October 1996 and is primarily a financial markets education company, specialising in the delivery of educational seminars and trading software. Options 21 is the sole distributor in Australasia of the Options Analysis package “OptionVue 5”. The producer of this software program is OptionVue Systems International, a Chicago based IT company specialising in sophisticated options software analytics. OptionVue 5 offers 25 proven strategies, based on recognised industry probabilities that work in different market conditions. The objective is to empower traders with a methodology, that will enable them to become consistent long term investors within the financial markets. In addition, Options 21 offers it clients private web access, whereby clients are able to access trading advice and market updates. Once familiar with the mechanics of option trading, the client is able to access the secure password protected website for weekly advice and/or recommendations provided by Options 21. Clients are then able to analyse and adjust the trading advice to their own situation. Newsletters are another tool employed by Options 21 to assist clients with their trading needs. The newsletters contain general trade recommendations and educational articles, complimenting both the seminars and software. What kind of financial service is Options 21 authorised to provide, and what kinds of financial products do those services relate to?Options 21 is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (“AFS Licence”) and is authorised to provide general advice in the following financial products:

What remuneration and other benefits are received by our employees?Our employees do not receive specific payments or commission for the financial services provided to you. Our employees and directors are remunerated by way of salary and discretionary bonus. Do we have any associations & relationships with others?We do not have any relationships or associations which might influence us in providing you with our services. How is my personal information dealt with?We recognise the importance of ensuring that you have confidence in the way we handle your personal information and that it is kept private. Personal information is any information about you that identifies you, or by which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.
