1. I have read the Options21 Financial Services Guide, accessible either online or as pdf file.
2. A set up fee of $190 is payable to complete this application, together with the first monthly payment of $270.
3. From the second month, a fee of $270 per month will be charged on the 1st working day of that month. A signup period of 3 months total is a required mimimum. After these 3 months, this contract can be cancelled any time by contacting us.
4. WiseReport auto-trade users recogonise that they have to open and fund a trading account with optionsXpress Australia.
5. WiseReport auto-trade users recogonise that they must give instructions to optionsXpress to act on their behalf via the Xecute service, using the trade parameters section on the optionsXpress website. For more information visit our Auto-Trade web page or the optionsXpress website (the home page, details on Xecute or the Xecute Settings ).
6. Options21 reserves the sole and exclusive right not to accept an application form.

You agree/accept that all materials and information are protected by Australian Copyright Legislation, and by the copyright legislation applying in other countries. By completing this application you have agreed unconditionally to these terms.
